- How to choose the correct KIT for my Land Rover Series?

• First, make sure you select the right Upper Shaft for your Land Rover Series, choose your Series model (2, Early 2A) or (Later 2A, 3) and your steering side (LHD or RHD). This is essential to ensure proper fitment.
• Identify your Upper Column type and choose the version required, based on the top of the column
  • Threaded Upper End Shaft: Indicates aSeries 3 or Series 2A Later Versions type (uses a top nut).
  • Smooth Flat Upper End Shaft: Indicates a Series 2 or Early Series 2A type (uses a side-bolt).

Checking this is the most reliable method, as vehicles may have been modified from their original specification. 

• The steering columns available are not compatible with early type of steering box for Land Rover Series 1 (80")(unless you had that early steering box replaced for one of a Series 2 or Series 3, in that case, it will be compatible). 
• The steering columns available are not compatible Series 3A (Santana) models.
• For those models, the original steering shaft column must be adapted and used with our Standard SB-300.

• This product is normally in stock. If not, production lead time 2-6 weeks.
