RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES

There are a multitude of reasons why you may wish to return or cancel your order, and we have a flexible returns policy to help make things more convenient. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order at any time and for any reason before it is dispatched as long as we have not started manufacture or is customized. Many of our items are made to order we therefore take either a deposit or payment in full so a refund may be necessary when an order is cancelled. To cancel your order, we need explicit instructions from the person who placed the order either by email or by phone. An order may not be cancelled after it has been manufactured, dispatched or while it is in transit, but must be treated as a return. If the goods are in transit, a refund will be provided when the goods are returned to us.

ORDER RETURNS

Returns typically fall into one of four categories, each requiring a slightly different handling process:

  • Goods that are unwanted or unsuitable
  • Items that are damaged or faulty
  • Products broken but covered by warranty
  • Incorrectly shipped items

2)              1) Returns for Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods

You may return unwanted goods in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You can choose between an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs for unwanted items. We are not liable for goods during return transit, so we advise using registered or insured postage.

Returns for unwanted parts ordered will incur a 10% restock and administrative fees.

2)     Returns for Damaged or Defective Goods

You may return defective goods in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery, with the option of an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method. SenorBarbo will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. We can arrange a courier to collect the goods or reimburse reasonable postage costs upon return delivery. Note that warranties from SenorBarbo cover only parts, excluding labor charges or other expenses.

For items visibly damaged upon delivery, a full refund or exchange is available, provided they are "signed for as damaged." Damaged or defective goods will be collected, and replacements sent once the return is received. Customers must notify SenorBarbo of damage immediately upon receipt. Goods signed for without noting damage are considered accepted as fully functional, and exchanges cannot be provided. Visible damage must be reported within two days, and any order shortages must be communicated via phone or email within four days.

3)     Returns for Broken Goods Under Warranty

You may return broken goods covered by warranty throughout the full warranty period following delivery. The goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for warranty claims. We are not liable for goods during return transit, so we recommend using registered or insured postage. Please note that warranties from SenorBarbo cover only parts, excluding labor charges or other expenses.

4)     Returns for Incorrectly Dispatched Goods

If you receive an incorrect item, you may return it in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You can choose either an exchange for the correct item or a full refund. Any billing errors will be rectified. SenorBarbo will cover the cost of return shipping for incorrect goods. We can arrange a courier to collect the items or reimburse reasonable postage costs upon return delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Exchanges will only be made if the same item is in stock and available at the same price as the original purchase. Items bought at discounted or promotional prices cannot be exchanged for identical items sold at a higher price. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund may be offered instead.

All returned goods must be in new, unused condition unless the return is related to a warranty claim. We reserve the right to refuse returns when appropriate, including—but not limited to—cases where items do not meet return requirements.

If a full refund is warranted, we are legally required to process it to the original payment card within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. However, we aim to process refunds as promptly as possible.

Please note: Refunds processed through credit or debit card companies may take longer to reflect than purchases. Once authorized, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
When returning items for an exchange, our standard policy is to wait until the returned goods have been received and inspected before dispatching a replacement. However, we understand that certain situations require urgency. In such cases, we can ship the replacement item immediately.

Please note that we must take payment for the replacement at the time of dispatch. Once the original item is received and passes inspection, we will promptly issue a refund for the replacement—unless any of the following conditions apply:

·        The item has been used

·        The item is soiled

·        The item has an unpleasant odor

·        The item has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling
