  • I love your products, which brands do you work with?

All the products you see are our own SenorBarbo Brand, we had designed, developed and made them come to life for your Landy.

  • What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

Prices are based on USD without VAT, but you might see them displayed on your local currency thanks to the internet geolocation magic.

  • Can i get Free Shipping?

Of Course! if your order is over 799 USD no shipping costs will be added.

  • Do i have to pay VAT for my order?

We believe taxes are necessary to build a better society for our present and future generations, customers are responsible in case there are any customs or taxes charges upon arrival in their country and this charges are specific to the country involved and the items ordered.

  • I just placed an order, when will it shipped?

Products on stock will be shipped within 2-3 days from our warehouses.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been dispatched.

If your order is of several references and there is no stock available for at least one reference, the shipment will be completed as soon as we get the outstanding item. If you would like to send the order in 2 separate expeditions, please contact us.

Some products are so special that we want to have them made just for your order, please allow us 2-6 weeks for preparation, good things take time.

Use the "contact us" page if you are counting the minutes until the package arrive and need to share it with us.
  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. The average transit time is about 5 to 15 days depending on your address.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before is shipped and get the money back, it will have a 7% cancelation fee if it has been paid by PayPal or Credit Card.

 If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

  • I am not in love with my order, What if there is an issue? Can it be returned? 

  Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, if you are not satisfied, we will give you back the money. No additional questions or problems.

 If you want to change, you just have to say it. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date of arrival of the order, to return it. 

 You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase minus 15% as handling, re-stocking and administration fees. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is already on the way, wait for it to arrive so can be returned to receive a refund.

  • I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

Don't worry, if you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and tell us the correct address.

Once you double check the address is wrong, kindly notify us via email at sb@senorbarbo.com.

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

  • I'm missing some products for my Land Rover,  Can you supply them?

If you would like a specific product for your Land Rover that you would like us to develop, please contact us and we will study your suggestion.

  • I have a question that wasn't answered, Can you please help?
