This cleat or hook is useful for its strength and design, serving many more functions than previous designs, such as securing things both outside and inside the vehicle. 

Made from carbon steel, polished and electroplated.

Can be riveted with 4,8 mm por rivets, and bolted with M5 (Metric) , #10-24 UNC, #10-32 UNF.
